In-Store Rates & Policies
Repair costs vary and are subject to parts and labor costs. Most repair services are flat rates and will be discussed at time of drop off.
Diagnostic: $69.99*
Typical repair time can vary based on severity of problem as well as the amount of repairs in queue at the time of drop off and are always an approximation. A typical repair time can range from 3 - 7 days with longer periods when the queue is full.
Rush service fees are available when needed.**
Standard Rush: $25 - Work started in 48 hours
Super Rush: $50 - Work started in 24 hours
**Rush servies can not gaurantee completion of repair within specific time. Diagnostic is gauranteed to start within the specifc rush service picked.
*Fee is non-reundable, due at time of drop off, and will be incorporated into the final cost of the repair with exception to data transfer, recovery and servics that are not directly related to the problem that it was checked in under.
On-Site Rates & Policies
Hourly Rates:
$115/hour (minimum 1 hour)
Arlington & Winchester: normal rates apply
Surrounding Areas: Additional $10 travel Charge
Boston: Additional $10 + Parking Fees
Non-standard business hours / 24-hour response: - Additional $35/hour
