Once this form is submitted, we will send you the information that you can print and attach to the machine when dropping it off. If you have asked for a in home pickup please wait for a secondary email or phone call from us verifying that we have that availability to do so. In home pickups are not available same day. If you need same day pickup please fill out form and call us at the location that you are closest to.

Repairs are usually completed within (1) business week from drop off of system. However, due to the volatile nature of PC repair some can take longer due to part delivery and customer communication. The Computer Cafe offers rush services on all repairs that guarantee work to start within a predetermined time frame. This does not guarantee the completion of work.

The lead technician will contact you if the repair is going to be more than 2.5 billable hours, or parts are needed for approval.

Rush Service is based on start times, and in no way guarantees the completion of repair.

Repairs are warrantied for 30 days from day of completion. Re-occurring virus, spy-ware and/or malware infections are not covered by warranty.

The Computer Cafe and its Employees are not responsible for data that is lost, corrupt or missing either prior, during or after repair process. Backing up sensitive or important data falls upon the owner of the system solely. Customers are responsible for providing the technician assigned to his / her computer with all software that needs to be reinstalled as well as any activation codes necessary for proper installation.
